Modified Filthy 50 + 1
Kirstin and Amy's facial expressions were priceless when we announced that the WOD had more burpees :)
Start and finish with 25 Burpees and 50 skipps between each exercise.
25 x Burpees
50 x Lunges
50 x Wall Balls
50 x Squats
50 x Push Press
50 x Sit Ups
50 x Back extensions
25 x Burpees
All 3 worked so well that we did another a quick 3 rounds to finish the night off.

Taster 2
Another beautiful day down at Fadden Pines this morning. Jane, Cate and Kirstin working hard and getting out some pretty powerful kicks.... oooch!
We did a similar session to yesterdays post with a couple of slight changes, one which included a little hill :)
